Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026  ·  AlgoBridge Public Beta

⚠ Public Beta Warning — AlgoBridge is currently in public beta. Do not connect production Salesforce orgs or production PostgreSQL databases. You accept full responsibility for any data loss, sync errors, or service interruptions.

1. Public Beta Program

AlgoBridge is offered as a community-driven public beta for Salesforce developers. The software is provided to help the community test, evaluate, and provide feedback. Features, APIs, and data schemas may change without notice. We may reset data, migrate storage formats, or discontinue functionality at any time during the beta period.

A stable, production-recommended release is under active development. Until that release is announced, use this service for non-critical workloads only.

2. No Warranty — No Liability for Data Loss

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, sync failures, Salesforce API quota exhaustion, PostgreSQL constraint violations, or service downtime. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your Salesforce and PostgreSQL data before connecting them to this service.

In no event shall AlgoBridge, its contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

3. User-Provided Infrastructure

You are responsible for your own PostgreSQL database. AlgoBridge does not provision, manage, or back up your database. Your database connection string (URL) is stored encrypted in AWS SSM Parameter Store. You are responsible for ensuring your database credentials are rotated and your database is properly secured.

Similarly, you are responsible for your Salesforce org's API limits, data security settings, and connected app configuration.

4. Salesforce Data Processing

AlgoBridge acts as a data processor for the data flowing between your Salesforce org and your PostgreSQL database. We do not store Salesforce record data in our platform database. Synced records reside only in your own PostgreSQL database. You are responsible for your Salesforce API usage, data sharing rules, and any applicable data residency requirements.

5. Community Contributions & Feedback

You may optionally submit bug reports, feature requests, and general feedback through the feedback form. By submitting feedback, you grant AlgoBridge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and incorporate that feedback into the product without any obligation of attribution or compensation. If you check the consent box on the feedback form, your name and feedback may be displayed publicly on the Community page.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this service to sync illegal, abusive, or privacy-violating data. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform API. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Contact

For questions, data deletion requests, or concerns, please use our feedback page or file an issue in our community tracker.
